Miscellanious WordPress Scripts and Tools

This page is for quick hacks and small scripts I’ve made for WordPress that don’t deserve their own page.

Add Search to the WordPress.com Blog

Ever try to find a news release from the WordPress.com blog months down the road? Now you can. This GreaseMonkey script installs a search box on the WordPress.com homepage. NOTE: Searches the Official WordPress.com Blog — it does not search all of WordPress.com.

Abandoned Projects

WordPress.com Theme Review

  • Tired of switching themes only to find out days later that there’s a bug with it, or it doesn’t support some feature that your depend on in your writing? You need to take a look at the WordPress.com Theme Review.
    • It lists all of the features (and bugs) of the various WordPress.com themes.
    • 4 themes are reviewed each week.
    • At the end, an Excel spreadsheet will be released with all of the information.

7 Day Referrer Log parser (unsupported, Perl)

You can get frequent updates about all of my new software, tools or blog themes by subscribing to IDT Labs by RSS or by email. Or you could just subscribe to my main blog, Internet Duct Tape.
