And we have a winner…

Posted in Contests, Technology, Tshirts by engtech on June 26, 2007

Never has there been a truer mantra than “those who can’t, teach.” I might write posts about using online calendar applications, but I think by now we’ve all realized I don’t use them. That’s why I’ll do things like schedule a contest to end the day before leaving on vacation… knowing fully well that I won’t get around to judging it until a month later.

Wow, thanks! Even though it was pseudo-random, I’m still going to convince myself that you liked my post the most :). Thanks for the contest, and I’m excited to read through the other entries.

Yippee! I don’t often win things. And seeing as I’ve mostly played this for the fun of the group writing business (and the linking opportunities), winning the prize is total icing.

So, thanks for the prize, and thanks for putting this together. I hope you’ll keep going with these contests.

I do have a question. Or perhaps more of an observation. I can’t seem get to this page from your front page. It doesn’t seem to show up in your summaries, or from the front page, which has the CSS tips article from today (June 26). (I’ve found this page mainly from my stats page. I can also get to it from pingbacks, and then as the previous article from “within” the “CSS tips” article, and it shows up for the “movies” tag.)

    Thanks again!

@alejna: Oops! That was my fault for not tagging the post correctly, so it didn’t show up.
